Thank you for purchasing from OÜ Eliise Tikka. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Company: Refers to OÜ Eliise Tikka.
Buyer: Refers to the individual or entity making a purchase from the Company.
Goods: Refers to the artworks and other products available for purchase from the Company.
Order: Refers to the request by the Buyer to purchase Goods from the Company.
Service: Refers to the Company’s website and any related services.

All Orders are subject to acceptance by OÜ Eliise Tikka. The Company reserves the right to refuse any Order at its discretion.
Payments must be completed at the time of placing an Order. The Company accepts payment methods as specified on the website.

The Company aims to package and ship your artwork within two weeks from the date of Order. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Tracked international shipping is provided. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you.
The Buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply. The Company is not responsible for any delays caused by customs or shipping processes.

The Buyer has the right to cancel their Order within 14 days of receiving the Goods without providing a reason.
To cancel an Order, you must notify the Company by email at info@eliisetikka.com within the 14-day period.
Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of cancellation, otherwise refund cannot be made. Buyer should send the Goods to the following address: Tuulemaa 5-3, Tallinn, 10313, Estonia.
The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated risks. The Seller cannot be held responsible for any damage to the Goods during return shipment. Therefore, it is recommended to use insured tracked shipping to return.
Certain items are non-returnable, including custom-made or personalized Goods.
Upon receipt of the returned Goods, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction within 14 days.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact OÜ Eliise Tikka immediately at info@eliisetikka.com. You are asked to provide photographs of the damage and the packaging.
Depending on the situation, the Company will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund.

OÜ Eliise Tikka retains all rights related to the images of the artworks sold. This means that even after the original artwork is sold, the Company may use the images of the artwork for prints, merchandise, publications, and other commercial purposes.
The Buyer does not acquire any rights to reproduce or use the artwork or artwork image for commercial purposes. However, the Buyer is free to display the physical artwork in any private or public setting.

OÜ Eliise Tikka is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service or the purchase of Goods.
The Company’s liability for any claim relating to the purchase of Goods is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the Goods.

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the purchase of Goods will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

OÜ Eliise Tikka shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
